PCGS Submission?

Anyone going to the upcoming Vegas member only show who has submission privileges? I recently purchased this Walker which has styrofoam particles on the inside of the slab on the eagle's head and a blue speck under Ms Liberty's hand and both need to be removed. I expect that this would be done gratis.
PS. Does anyone think the coin will be blessed by JA?
