1922 Peace dollar with a 1955 McClusky, North Dakota Gazette "Golden Jubilee" sticker covering the entire reverse.
Sticker is tight and fully legible:
The McClusky Gazette Golden Jubilee 50 years of sweat and tears Wed. & Thurs. July 20-21
The McClusky Gazette was founded in 1905 and is still published today.

The dollar is in VF-XF condition and uncleaned, with somewhat dark tone.
