I need a little help fro m the people who know there stuff on cards. PLEASE HELP

Today I got how and i looked in my mail box and i got my cards back from 2000 playoff countenders rcs of Shaun alexander and Dez white. First off the Dez isnt autoed i dont know if it was suppose to but it isnt. That doesnt even start to piss me off. The shaun was a gold rc /100 well the one i got back isnt numbered. What Do i do??????

U sent them back to be replaced? I would do a somewhat pissed off email explaining what you sent in and what you go. Or were they redemptions?
