As you guys might know, Don Mattingly was my boyhood idol growing up, seeing as how he's from nearby Evansville, IN after all. Now at first I was a bit puzzled as to why he'd manage the Marlins of all places, until I found this old Denorex commercial (go to 15:11) with Jimmy Johnson who coached the Dolphins at the time.
You see the Marlins tingled, the other teams...nothing. I'm sure all of Mattingly's other managerial offers would've given him a healthy six/seven figure income but I guess the Marlins also offered something fresh that tingles! 
So this upcoming 2018 season you won't be seeing Donnie Baseball scratching his head in Miami!!
