Really? This one is high end?
I've owned several of these, mostly in 5s and 6s. Yes, it's notoriously difficult to get centered with good registration and color. It's a very difficult card in high grades, no doubt.
In fact, I think there was one shared that had gotten bumped on here not long ago. Now THAT was an awesome Jim Brown RC.
"High End" is a term that is just getting thrown around all over the place now, and seems less and less justified as a result.
This card has decent centering I guess, but unless I need new glasses it definitely has tilt?
It's also got a pair of fish eyes in the nameplate between the Y and B. Again, this is a pretty common flaw on this card specifically.
Seems like either one of the above should disqualify a "high end" assessment.
Current bidding definitely has it in the upper echelon of 7s, maybe I'm hanging around here too much and getting way too picky?

No, it's no you. I would not give this card the "HE" designation. It's nice, but nice is not "high end". The centering, tilt, fish eyes and the almost miscut back would take it off the "HE" list for me.

I would certainly not give it a HE designation. I think PWCC gets it right most of the time on HE designation but I think they missed it on this one.
Eh, I'll have to take the other side. It's hard to find one that looks clean - I'd be pretty lenient with the HE designation on this particular card too.
