Help for a Newbie re: Radar Bills...Please?

I'm trying to figure out if I have a Radar, a Repeater or what. Thanks so much for you help. I apologize if I've posted in the wrong place and I hope the pictures are "legible".

    It's a Radar. SN reads the same left to right as right to left. A palindrome :smile:

    Yes sir...the Tookster is correct(as usual).
