How does a person start a poll?

I have a topic that i would like the members to vote on! The topic is " Should a collector be able to hid his sets in a registry?". If someone wants to start this poll please go ahead or tell me how to start one! Thanks!

Try it out for yourself. There is a testing forum at the bottom of the list of forums. When you go to compose a message there will be a box to mark for a poll and eventually it will ask you to fill out the components of the poll. try it out, it is pretty easy.
