I would post as many scans as you can. You’ll get much more and more accurate feedback.

Hard to say without seeing pictures. Since you are new to grading seeing scans would make it much easier to determine what to submit. Generally speaking your rookie cards are always good ones to grade when it comes to selling.

I would go with the most expensive ones, or ones that don't fit in the guidelines of the monthly specials.

Your #22 and #31 I'm assuming those are 1970. If they will grade 7 or better I'd put them near the top of your list.

    <<< Looking to buy a house >>>

Then Just send 'em all in, and see what they get.

    Good luck!

You have some very good cards on this list. Some are not as expensive as most of these are but condition is really the key in the value. If you have the ability to scan these cards on here, you will save yourself some money.

Those look pretty darn nice so far. If they are all in similar condition, sub them all!

Yes, send them all in so far. Get some card saver CS1’s as well. That 71! Ryan if not recolored is ridiculously nice and centered

  • JBrulesJBrules Posts: 2,124 ✭✭✭✭✭

Cards look pretty good to me as well. The Hank Aaron rookie would be # 1 so far on my list of ones to sub.

From the scan that Nolan Ryan looks fantastic.

Unfortunately the '71 Ryan is miscut (left edge). Measure the Bench RC to make sure it isn't short side-to-side. Nice cards!

Edited to add - You can send the Ryan in anyway. If they confirm it's miscut you'll only be out the cost of shipping to and fro. It could be distortion in the scan.

As others have said, nice stack of cards you've got there. Sub them all except the Star Larry Bird. Neither PSA nor SGC will grade these anymore so you'll have to send that one to BGS.

  • sinoth23sinoth23 Posts: 152 ✭✭

Agreed...nice variety of some great cards. Good luck when you sub them.

  • DboneesqDboneesq Posts: 18,219 ✭✭

If all the others are like most of the above, definitely send them all in for grading. If you don't have the money to grade them all ... borrow it for a short period of time. You will more than make it up when you sell.

Best of luck and keep the pics coming ... especially after you get them slabbed.

PSA will not grade Star Co. cards so don't send that bird.

I have a quick question, can I send 50 cards in with the 15 free vouchers and still get the discount?

    Yes!

I am pretty sure they will make you break it up into two subs, 15-free on one form plus the other 35 on another, with separate return shipping fees too, though the two orders can of course be sent to them together to PSA in the same box.

I just sent in an order that had more cards than the 15 vouchers I had. I simply filled out the online form and checked the box "I have a collectors club voucher" on the second page (Submission Type) it automatically reduced the amount of the charges.

You may however need to break up your subs because of some of your more valuable cards. Max value on bulk submissions is $99 per card, max value on regular service is $499 per card.

Your Aaron rookie and probably some of the others are going to be worth a lot more than $499.00, you want to declare a reasonable amount so PSA will insure them properly for return shipping.

Hank Aaron rookie in PSA 5 is worth $2000.00, Ryan rookie in a 7 is worth $1000.00.

You might want to call PSA first, they are very helpful.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful cards and best of luck with your submission(s).
