Unopened pack collectors....need some advice!

I have the opportunity to buy some unopened baseball and football packs. They aren't slabbed but I am 99% sure they are legit. Now, I can get an idea what the raw price you get on Ebay but I want to be fair and also pay a fair price. My intention is to have them slabbed. So, any of you that deal with unopened stuff, please offer suggestions/opinions on what would be a fair price to pay for these raw packs. I know it is hard to tell without pics because of condition but lets assume they would grade say 6-8. Thanks! Tim
