Thought i had spent it. Found it today. 1996 * 00000003. Does it carry much of a premium?

The note is circulated. Been folded in the center and has 2 small folds in the upper right corner. Still crisp like a new bill but circulated. I'm not a currency guy just mess with coins usually. I figured it as a nice if grade. Idk.

If the note was uncirculated then it would need to be certified to maximize its auction potential. However, since the note is circulated it will sell well raw or graded. If you are keeping the note and would enjoy it more in a certified holder, go for it.
