Very Exciting Pickup - Make that five 1/1s!
So excited about this pickup today; found one of the remaining few Judge RCs for which I had been scouring the earth...
The black-bordered 1/1 of his 1960-style Archives RC.
This card is now united in my collection with two other black-bordered 1/1s from the 2017 Topps Archives set, namely the Bazooka Auto and the Rookie Stars Auto.
In terms of non-auto'd RCs of Aaron Judge, this is "the one," alongside his Topps Chrome Superfractor and his Heritage Superfractor.
A collector is never sure a card with such low odds will even surface. For example, only one of the five Gold Refractors of his 2017 Heritage has ever surfaced for sale. Only two of those five have been graded.
Anyways, a real thrill, just in time for the season! And a great way to end a looooong workday

Congratulations Matt.
You're definitely the Judge guy here. Incredible collection.
Thanks, Mike! Can't wait to watch the likable big lug again, lol.

Congrats. Remarkable to be able to bring those together.
TENACIOUS babe!
Sweet pickup and I know you have been after that one for a while. Congrats bro!
The hunt is always a big part of the fun!! Congrats Matt.
Great addition.
Thanks— hunting down such low-odd pulls of your favorite player is really fun. Especially when we get to track where they came from. The Bazooka was pulled in Kentucky and I believe the base was in Oklahoma.
Just added another 2HR Jersey Patch Retro 1/1, my favorite design alongside 1986 and a great, smiling image of Judge.
