Suggestion to PCGS on submission form

Every time when PCGS return my submission they enclosed a new submission form and some other papers. I never use those submission form since I do it online. So there is no need to give me submission form on my return coins. That should save some money for PCGS and save some tree as well.

Same here. I don't even recycle it because it's coin collecting related. It all goes through the shredder. It's a waste.

I disagree. I am old school and like to the use the paper. Then I have a copy as well.

The online form automatically prints out 4 copies. There's still paper involved only it's all filled out for you when it prints.

Yeah, I prefer the pre printed paper than online forms.

I get them enclosed with my calendar also. I no don need them.
It is probably cheaper to just give them to everyone instead of analyzing who does and does not use them.
