When it comes to European coins do people collect more circulated or uncirculated coins?
I find this coin beautiful and quite rare. There are only 3000 minted and its a 100th anniversary coin. Next similar coin will come in 50 years and will be 150th anniversary.

It depends on what they collect. For example, Europeans collect ancients that are scarce in Uncirculated condition.
