Grading question,, Blue Chip

I am trying to get more info on Blue Chip Grading. I know they are a company that no longer exist but I am looking for any info about the company. Did they get bought out by another company? Ive come across a few graded cards and sent them in to PSA and they have came back roughly the same grade and all have been authentic. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks in advance!!!
