KHL is the Kontinental Hockey League. Russia's version of the NHL. The card was produced by SeReal, which is a licensed producer of KHL cards. You can check them out at Sereal.eu
gave the site a look see. looks like an interesting league. am eyeing a few boxes of the cards
And yes, PSA grades these cards.
sent in for grading.. any idea of worth as price guides dont price them?
I love foreign issue cards but their value is all over the place. Nowhere near the demand despite them being harder to find and typically lower production quantities. Sometimes they can sell really unexpectedly high if 2 people happen to want an item at the same time, but sometimes they sell for barely anything if the right buyer doesn't happen to look for them when they're listed.
i know what you mean.. I picked up a bunch of japanese baseball cards a year or so ago for $3 now i cant find any cheap ones on ebay
Peter Podhradsky's babička might be the only person willing to pay big roubles on this card.
Thanks for the link. I just began collecting the NHL last year, but I am hooked on the sport in a big way...would be cool to add cards from other professional leagues to my collection.
my biggest side hockey is 300 kodak 33mm Slides taken at the 1974-1975 WHA Games,, Now i have russian.. am looking to see what else is out there
I personally love euro XRC whether they're KHL, SHL, Finnish League, etc. I like chasing after the very 1st card of of NHL superstars now.
