What do you think about these 2013 HAs?

I have the chance to buy these, I have never seen them before but they did interest me very much. I don't know whether I should buy them or not. He wants $120 for the Fred and $100 for Davy. I don't know if this is a good price or not. The Fred card itself looks pretty good whereas the Davy is..... not good at all. Any thoughts on these? I have never bought them before!
