Here is an early version of an attempt to establish a TPG concept from some guy who thought he knew how to grade coins. As it turned out, there was a lot of room for improvement. Instead of understanding that grading was subjective, this guy tried to convince the market that coins like this should be called Mint State 65, Fully Struck Crossbands. Little did he know at the time that coins like this would someday be graded MS-67 FSB.
This coin is guaranteed to grade MS-67 FSB. If it does not, I will refund your purchase price and grading fee.
