I normally get email notification on any and every eBay promotion, but for whatever reason, the eBay communications have been getting sent to me at weirdly random times, sometimes days late, for 3+ weeks now. I would have most likely missed out on this 20 percent off coupon without the heads up that this thread provided, so thank you!

I usually have a number of items on my watch list, but lately have only been hunting down some raw baseball high numbers from the late 60s. All of those auctions end days from now, so... what to buy?... what to buy?.... hmmmm...

I had several items in my cart that I'd won this past Sunday from Probstein, and had been looking all week to add to it with more of their items to save on shipping, but kept getting outbid.

I'm a set builder at heart, and I can always use additional ultra pro platinum pages, so I added a case of 1000 pages from a different eBay seller to my cart, as well.

I've never bought any Heritage of any kind, but the many enthusiastic collectors, and the threads that have resulted, had my curiosity up. I found a hobby box for $121.25 delivered, before discount, so $97 delivered after. I have no idea if that's a good price, but I added that to my cart, and I'll have something to rip in a few days.

Lastly, I've built a raw 1984 Topps Football set, missing only a nice John Elway. I've had an Elway reprint holding a spot there for ages. I've looked near and far for an acceptable raw one to finish it off, but never could find one where price and condition intercepted at an agreeable point. I was able to pick up a PSA 8 today from BBCE for $44 delivered, before the discount. My current intent is to not crack it out, but I may need to in order to satisfy my compulsion to have everything in its place. I'm not a fan of mixed raw and graded sets, so we'll see.

Anyway, I had items from multiple sellers in my cart, including items I'd won as long ago as this past Sunday, and the coupon code worked on everything at checkout. I know I let some of the possible $100 max discount slip away, and will likely think of something I could or should have also bought in addition to all of this, but am pleased to save what I did. Saved over $70 total! So thanks again to the original poster of the notice about the coupon! And also thanks to all of the real-time feedback from everyone that was trying it and reporting their success!

Thanks for posting as I don't know if I would have seen it or not! Saved $96 and another $4.80 in Ebay bucks. Picked up a PSA 7 Uecker Rookie, PSA 8 86 fleer Jabbar sticker, another PSA 7 Jeter 93 SP foil and a PSA 8 86 fleer Bird sticker. Oh, and as a seller it worked well too! Sold one of the PSA 10 O'Neal 92 Upper Deck cards I just got back for $335 and a low grade Mantle that I listed tonight! Ebay needs to do this more often!

Worked for me last night as well. Found a slightly overpriced BIN but with 20% discount was down right affordable.

20% coupon rocks. I Wish they would do this more often it might help sell a lot of the overpriced BIN's. I ended picking up a BIN that would have otherwise still be listed for sale for who knows how long.

I think a lot of people that used it bought stuff that would have been listed for a long time. The cards that I bought were all listed for over market price but the 20% discount made a difference.

Thank you very much for bringing it to our attention. I used it to purchase a Rod Carew rookie last night.

Nothing on my card collecting radar for this sale and I already have way too many 80's boxes piling up, pending ripping, so I opted for a nice purchase for the wife (she's had her eye on these for a while). After all, happy wife = happy life!

Really can't beat 20% off, eBay bucks, eBates, etc... I don't ever remember an eBay sale like this before, and think it may be a long time until we see one again.

    Go Dodgers!

I had about 6 overpriced BINs that I jumped on. Even with the 20%, 3.6% Fatwallet and 2% credit card cash back they were still borderline, but I took the bait.

Fat wallet? Thought they went the way of the dodo

Future heads up guys. This coupon also worked for "guest" checkout so you could use it as many times as you wanted to. If they do something like this again keep that in mind (I found this out after the coupon expired).
