Clubhouse/Secretarial signature - How much does it lower value?

1939 Play Ball Joe DiMaggio

I saw one last weekend, signed Best Wishes, Joe DiMaggio, It is not his signature, either secretarial or clubhouse.
The card itself is in EX condition. What does the writing on the front do to the value? Lower it 50%, 75%, 90%?
Assuming the card is legit, would PSA grade it with a MK qualifier, authentic only, or not slab it at all?

Thanks,

I would think/hope it wouldn’t be graded. Being slabbed may present appearance auto is authentic

If slabbed, flip should notate as secretarial/clubhouse

I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)

PSA will not slab this with a MK qualifier. They will not grade the card if the marks/writing are a signature that is not authentic. Sometimes they will grade it if for example a kid wrote the player's name in sloppy block letters that do not mimic a signature, but that is case-by-case and does not always work. You have no chance with a secretarial signature.
