1993 Topps Highlights Basketball Shaquille O'Neal Signed Question

I ran across a few of these at a local auction and wanted to know if they are legitimate. I didn't get an image of it but they have scoreboard certs with them. I usually steer clear of items from particular companies. I welcome opinions.

Scoreboard was known for buying cards from other companies and getting them signed and into packs. I do not recall seeing this specific 1993-94 Topps card done that way before, but I have never been a fan of scoreboard so I don't spend much time looking at them. The paint pen, however, is also something scoreboard used, for what it's worth.

Thanks for the information. I typically avoid anything from scoreboard but believe these to be real as well.
