Is this a legit 1975 Topps cello pack?

I know this sounds crazy but I think it is real. The last cell was cut off the rack. Not a bad buy to be honest and worth the risk.
It's not part of a rack. If it were, the card on back (Billingham) would be from same sheet as Aaron, from two ** sheet. Billingham is from one * sheet and would be found in header section of an authentic 75 rack.

I knew birthday boy would be chiming in as soon as I saw 75 cello If I ever needed to phone a friend on a quiz show for 70’s Topps packs there is only one call I would make and it would be to the guru. Happy Bday old man!
Good to see you around too Manny.

THIS 10 CARD PACK IS FACTORY SEALED SINCE 80s TO EARLY 90s
Uh....shouldn't it be factory sealed since 1975??
Thank you, buddy! I feel same age as yesterday, lol..

I guess it is not real. I am not very good at determining this type of stuff like those above. Listen to them. LOL
No, I think you're correct. Unfortunately, it was likely a Christmas rack it was cut off from: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1974-topps-10-card-CELLO-baseball-card-PACK-HANK-AARON-on-top-not-a-rack/382397322917
