Anyone else having issue with Collectors Club membership?

my membership should have auto renewed on Monday.Spoken with customer service 3 times since.They assured me problem is fixed{it isnt}.The issue seems to be oldtimers get a grandfathered rate...apparently that gives their computer brain cramps.So,if your membership is due to renew automatically...you may want to follow up on that
