Here's the card for sale and the horrible photo (front & back).... Seller doesn't accept returns of course....... I cant make out the corners on front and conveniently I cant see the number of /75 imprinted on the back.... Who would throw the 500 bucks down the toilet on a card that likely isn't Gem quality? .... is the seller this dense for not including an in focus pic or he is covering for a subpar specimen?
Ive asked him for a better photo already....nothing yet.

That's what INAD is for. Is he saying it's gem mint?
The item is described as BRAND NEW......
You can return anything that is not as described.
Does not matter he doesn't take returns.
You might want to skip it if you're not prepared for a headache. There will probably be another.
You can return anything. It does not matter if it is "not as described" or not. It only matters if you want to spend the time and effort on going through the process.
How do you describe something as brand new that has been taken out of the manufacturers encasement? In absence of a 3rd party grader ... A CLEAR FOCUSED photo is pretty customary ...no? IT leads me to believe the card is subpar...
Check feedback, see what else he has sold. You can sort by highest completed sales. If he has sold some curtains and a soap dish then you have your answer.. as others have mentioned anything is returnable, however checking feedback is always, always something I do.
Is he selling other cards? What kind of pics are offered in his other auctions?
