Will pcgs send the old label back to you if requested?

    When I submitted coins during the last crossover quarterly special in early 2017, the old labels were returned to me in the blue box with my crossed coins.

    Yes on crossover and you do not have to ask. No on regrade. Reholder or reconsideration will stay the same cert# anyway.
