eBay Best Offer Issues

For the last week and a half or so, I have been unable to make eBay best offers from any Apple mobile device (phone and iPad). When I hit best offer, the window that comes up doesn't have the "review best offer" button, so there is no way to proceed. Just wondering whether this is affecting others, I'm upset to be missing making offers on a couple of items I want.

Do you have a desktop or laptop computer?

I experienced the same thing on my android tablet in Google chrome. Opening the same page in Firefox rendered properly. Now that you remind me, I wanted to clear cache in chrome and see if that corrects the issue...

I've had this happen to me as well if i'm on my Kindle Fire. There is just the small box to add my best offer and the only other thing i see is this symbol + under it without the "add message to seller" line or the Review Offer button. I just used my phone or laptop instead if i want to send an offer on something.

No problems on my iPhone through the app.
I don't use the app, I use safari on my phone and iPad. And yes, what Eriktheredd showed is exactly what is happening to me on both. It has always worked fine, this has only been happening for the last week or so.
I’d suggest getting the app. eBay has been giving extra bucks for purchases made through the app lately. The app is pretty well done in my opinion.
My Kindle uses Amazon's Silk browser,i don't know if that is the problem but i'm pretty sure i've sent Best Offers using this in the past. Now that you mentioned having problems the past week or two,that has been about the same amount of time for me as well.

It's very aggravating, because I could use a laptop if it was super important, but that's not the type of device I ever use for browsing eBay anymore. I will consider the app when I get a new phone, right now my iPhone 5C has zero space left for any apps. I rarely use my phone anyway, tablet is 99% of my eBay usage and I much prefer the classic site via safari over mobile versions.
