Toughest sets for high end examples

The recent threads on best 7s and that killer 4 Mantle got me thinking. What are your opinions on toughest sets (say 1950-79) to get examples that exceed their grades?

Looking solely at the pop report can be misleading. This is all the more apparent now that PSA has added the auction values where you can see the actual card (not just a number). I was thinking about BB, but any sport is in play.

A few that come to mind for me, due to recent interests - in no particular order...
1962 Topps (wood border and min size)
1971 Topps (chipping)
1961 Topps (centering and print marks)
1951 Bowman (centering and print marks)
1957 Topps (centering/tilt and print marks)

Thought this would be an interesting topic for discussion.
