2016 Britannia 5 oz silver Raw $550 VS Graded $2500. Why such a great discrepancy on the price?

The 2016 design is very unique with the lion sitting by her feet. I am seeing original owner listing them for less than $500 compared to those PF70 selling for over $2500. Why is the such discrepancy? Please render your opinion so I can make a right decision. Thank you!

pretty coin...
That's some very expensive plastic.
I rather take a chance with a raw for the price; knowing a shot for 70 maybe slim to nothing
Pr70 and ms 70's are hard to come by with silver Britannias. In fact ,only a few 69's complete sets around and I do not believe any one has a complete set of ms70 or pr70 in their collection.
I started to fancy 5 oz coin after getting this replica.
Heavy coin; feels very good in my hand and for the premium; prettier than those generic 5oz bars.
Nice, love that design !!!
for some reason seeing your picture make me happy. Thank you for stopping by world coins forum
