Does anyone have an August 1, 1912 3% Loan of 1908-1918 check?

I know it's a bit esoteric, but I'm looking for an image (and also would be interested in buying along with some of the other dates of this series) the US Treasury August 1, 1912 quarterly interest check for the 3% Loan of 1908-1918. Here's images for the May 1 and November 1 checks for 1912. They have different designs and Treasury signatures and the image/check would let me determine when the changes were made.
