For all of you vintage unopened fans...if you didn’t join yet, you have no idea what you are missing

curchcurch Posts: 590 ✭✭✭

About 2 years ago I started a Facebook group called “Vintage Wax and Packs”. It’s a group based just on that. No raw cards for sale or anything like that. Just a fun page to show off, buy, sell, trade vintage sealed wax and packs. Or even do a live rip! Please feel free to join. We have about 800 members now and it grows everyday!

Here is the link.

    Hiya Joe

    What a great idea.

This is the first I'm hearing of this.

If I were a collector, I would definitely find this to be a great venue to do my "showin tellin"

Curious, why wouldn't you just put this on a website (there are hundreds now or build your own) for folks to view without a passwork/log-in/FB BS? I know I'm not in the majority here, but i'm not on facebook and either are my kids, who are in high school no less. That must tell you something.

Let's not forget the pack you opened a couple of years ago at Nationals because you thought it was bad, but it turned out that it was good.

ummm. The internet would end if all the websites die. What will happen with all the websites that show anything and everything unopened from the dawn of ape-kind ? All go to facebook pages ?

Hey, what a minute, didn't I record you ripping 1970s wax and cello packs in your backyard and then burning in a firepit one of the miscut 1978 Topps baseball cards?? Or did Doug ply me with too many Foster's oil cans that night? LOL..
