About 2 years ago I started a Facebook group called “Vintage Wax and Packs”. It’s a group based just on that. No raw cards for sale or anything like that. Just a fun page to show off, buy, sell, trade vintage sealed wax and packs. Or even do a live rip! Please feel free to join. We have about 800 members now and it grows everyday!
Here is the link.
Always looking for vintage wax boxes!

Nice. Good luck with the group! Sounds like it's pretty active.

Thank you Arthur! It’s a lot of fun and some amazing things have been shared!
Hiya Joe
What a great idea.
This is the first I'm hearing of this.
If I were a collector, I would definitely find this to be a great venue to do my "showin tellin"
Thanks Mike! Nothing against a forum, but it’s just so much easier to interact!
I’ll join...I’ll look it up now..
Although I have sold most of my unopened boxes I joined. I still enjoy seeing what other collectors have.

Yeah, it’s an exciting place I’d you are into vintage. I consider vintage anything 20 years or older by the way
Have I got it right?
You have to be on Facebook to join?
I'm not on Facebook and have no plans to be so.
Well any group Tim is in I want to be a part of too!
Request sent and although it's against my nature to actually open anything I think it's about time and I will open something up on Facebook.

Mike,
I think one of the rules to join is that you have to open a pack.
James

Yeah, I wouldn’t be shocked by that!
I love seeing anything positive in the hobby grow and be successful. Hopefully Griffins is dropping bombs over there. His collection is second-to-none, even if he's a giant dickweed.

Not on here much anymore but would love to be on that one..just submitted request to join, thx.
Miss you too Artie!

Just crazyness!
I was able to view this Facebook group for the first time this week. Remarkable to say the least! This is the history of baseball and sports cards !!! Thanks!!!
Glad you are enjoying!
can this group be viewed without facebook membership?
No, you have to be a member of Facebook and approved by me to join the group.
Curious, why wouldn't you just put this on a website (there are hundreds now or build your own) for folks to view without a passwork/log-in/FB BS? I know I'm not in the majority here, but i'm not on facebook and either are my kids, who are in high school no less. That must tell you something.

Sorry, but websites are a dying breed. Just a sign of the times.
Let's not forget the pack you opened a couple of years ago at Nationals because you thought it was bad, but it turned out that it was good.
Facebook, Instagram and twitter have plenty of pics to keep everyone busy for days.......
I feel like a fox in the hen house. I'd like to rip almost every pack I've seen

Since I don't use FB, I joined on my wife's - she never uses it anyway.
Thanks for reminding me about that. I finally had blocked that out, but now I’ll need to return to therapy.

Hey, what a minute, didn't I record you ripping 1970s wax and cello packs in your backyard and then burning in a firepit one of the miscut 1978 Topps baseball cards?? Or did Doug ply me with too many Foster's oil cans that night? LOL..
