Noticing the low pop's of Refractors being graded by PSA pop report.

Anybody surprised by the relatively low numbers of some of the Bowman refractors being graded by PSA? I m looking at /99, /250 and /500 pops produced and seeing 3 and 4 submitted for grading ... is BGS getting all that biz?

    If you're talking about 2017 prospects and rookie I would think that is due to many being in the pipeline right now. That combined with the need to get prospect grades on guaranteed turnarounds which sends people to BGS.
