Am I correct that PSA gives ST qualifies due to wax stains and not a print defect ? The blue dot by the right ear is from the printing process, all Manny Mota's 1966 cards have that dot. PSA would not give me a ST qualifier for that would they ?
Can anyone see a wax stain on this card ?
Thanks !

My only thought is maybe from the discoloration?? I for sure don't see any wax or gum stains. I will have to say, imo, that seems to be a generous "8" with a couple of those corners. But it does present well and has some nice centering!

Correct, there's a PD qualifier for print defects.

In the area below his left ear there's some very obvious wax spots. There also looks to be some just below and to the left of that blue print spot you mentioned.

    Wow - good eye!

The OP can check the slab carefully in that area and affirm if that's wax - sure looks like it could be?
