one is dated 1975 and is a press photo used in a feb issue of the globe and mail in 1975 and the other one the black and white is not dated and I cannot tell who the players are or what teams

The first photo is from the Cleveland Crusaders playing the Toronto Toros in the WHA. This photo is a reverse negative. Of note in the photo are Gerry Cheevers and Frank Mahovlich, who are both in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
The date of 1975 makes sense, because Mahovlich played for the Toronto Toros for the 1974 and 1975 season.
The second photo features Detroit vs Toronto. It looks like Dave Keon (14) just missed a shot against Terry Sawchuk (1). I would place this photo sometime between 1960 - 1964 based on those players on their respective teams.
