Does emailing or calling PSA regarding overdued sub actually help?

I have called a few times in the past when sub is overdued by 2 weeks, but lately i have been busy so I stopped, and also just tired to doing this dance of calling and put on hold and them telling me it's happening soon. I kept doing it 'cause I thought maybe the "complaining" call actually help speed things up, otherwise it would've taken even longer. Anyone know? does calling move things along or not really?

Yes, if it's on the problem shelf!
It certainly can. I’m sure it depends on the situation. I placed an inquiry call last week Thursday on a single card 10 day CC renewal. It was a simple reholder / flip switch. The rest of the sub was returned a week ago. Popped and shipped today.

It hasn't helped me. I have called at least once a week for the last 3 weeks. 10 day, 6 card cc sub now going on day 17(business days) and 45 day bulk they rcvd on 1/8 not marked on the outside now sitting for 28 days without being logged. The girl I talked to said she could e-mail someone but didn't think it would help. She also told me they can't tell me where in the grading process my 10 day CC renal is or my 30 day are. The 30 day is only on maybe business day 27 now.
