The City of Riga is modern day Livonia. Its across the Baltic from Sweden. The top coin looks like the 1/24th thaler from Sweden except the ruler at that time was Gustav Adolph and he ruled from1622 to 1635. That area at that time was in tumult with Russia, Sweden, Poland and Lithuania . Brandenburg thaler has a scripted 1/24 thaler and on the legend says brandenburg

I looked at the Standard Catalog of World Coins, 1601-1700, 6th Edition (the current edition) and I believe that you have identified the places correctly.

The Riga coin looks Hanseatic? I don't have a book for this.

The coinages of Germany in that era are so diverse it is almost mind-boggling.
