Another Johnny another question..

I found a 4th Johnny Bench in my collection. Still have not gotten through everything. Its wildly OC but other wise beautiful sharp corners a centered back and a beautiful glossy front with vivid colors that the scan just doesn't do justice. what kind of grade do you guys think with qualifier. I feel they're more lenient on grades with qualifiers as they know it gets the 2 grade subtraction so I was thinking maybe an 8 OC. What do you guys see

I've subbed cards with that degree of OC before and had them come back with MC rather than OC.
