Mexican Public Education Years of Service medals? Where can I find info on them?

I got a couple of these in an collection I purchased and I am curious about them.
One side: "SECRETARIA DE EDUCACION PUBLICA" with a building facade.
other side "ANOS DE SERVICIOS"
Has the Mexican mint mark on them
one is 25 and other is 30
Weight is 31g. Appears to be silver but not marked as such.
Any assistance would be appreciated!

There is no information about them.
I’ve seen them in a set with a medal and pin in a black plastic holder. Must be fairly common and given to educators.
