What is the diameter and thickness?
Probably one of those cents that have been machined to be the diameter (and weight) of a dime. I have a pile of these from when I coin roll hunted dime boxes really heavy. My understanding is that this was a way to turn 1c into 10c and defraud vending machines, parking meters, etc.
