I can't answer your questions but I did come across this while researching what he has done since baseball. He seems to be a very accomplished and interesting person.

Life is like a game of baseball,
You play it every day.

According to SCN he hasn't had a TTM success for 3 years. He just signed at a CSA Show in October so he still does shows. Hope this helps.
