Wall of Cards Made of Complete Topps Sets! How Far Could You Go?

Assume this has been the desired look that you've always wanted for your "Man Cave". Say someone offered to do this for you, completely free of charge. They provided all the cards and labor. You have enough wall and they have complete sets to go from 1952 Topps to 2017 Topps. All GEM MINT 10 quality! Starting with 2017 and working back, how far back could you let them go before you came to a set that had a card that you just couldn't let them "glue" to the wall? No, you don't get to keep the unused cards and yes, you have to watch! (Topps Base Sets only. No variations, inserts etc...)

Thanks
Craig

Have the sets ( all complete but not in 10s) and the walls, but never will the two commingle . The backs are as important as the front

I know in the mid 60's kids were using thumb tacks to hang them up.
