Ebay Website Not Showing All Items?

I logged into Ebay to do some searching through the US coin category and noticed the number of items listed seemed really low at only 97,000. Of those 12,000 were auctions and 85,000 were BIN. But if I type PCGS in the search bar I get 190,000 items listed. Then I got an my phone and opened the app to search and there were 1,050,000 items for sale, 138,000 auctions and 912,000 BIN. Anyone else notice that issue? I checked my settings for the website and don't have anything marked to be excluded.

I haven't noticed it with the exact number of items. But someone on this board posted an eBay ID number to look at. I could find it on my phone, but the web app told me it was an invalid ID number.

I could see it if it was on the web but not the phone, if the listing wasn't mobile enabled. I don't understand why it would work in reverse. I'd be curious as to whether there are two different listing modes available, either intentionally or unintentionally.
