I was in high school. We had a pretty good quality newspaper and I imaged most of the football games. Poor lighting made it difficult to capture the action, but we learned to push the Tri-X and with the published images in the 2 x 2" range, grain wasn't much of a problem.

I was invited to the prom by the sports editor. Fortunately Ronnie, was one of the first females to get into sports journalism.

    were you getting ansty because you only had 8 threads on the first page of the sports talk forum ?

    Doubled as marching band member in Junior year. Took pics up until a couple minutes before the half. Grabbed a tenor drum and ran to the end zone formation.

    Team went 0-9 that season. We clearly had not learned to pay off the refs.
