Does this Vince Young auto look legit?

Picked this up in a deal. It looks like his auto has variations and has changed over the years. This one has a hologram but no accompanying COA. What do the experts here think?

Not an expert but I'd say the price is about the same on the helmet whether the auto is legit or not.
