The 10 is China I assume, wirh that commumist symbolism (the wtiting does not appear to be Korean). Too rough for a banknote. A ticket or ration coupon, maybe?

the one with the 10 on it could be either one i gather
but the second one is some sort of raffle ticket from china or a coupon of some sort

Ref. 2nd example: Wonder if it involves a car dealership promo/drawing (for the pictured car) of some sort. Being there is a car on the face of the "note". Would be beneficial to translate the text. What does the reverse look like?

When the lady was asked "Why she kissed the cow" she responded "It's all a matter of opinion". "Everyone is equal, some are more equal than others"."Hey Fritz, keep your finger off the scale".

It is a gas ration coupon. The character after 5 is liters.
