i know one is some sort of raffle ticket and the other some sort of note but can anyone tell me about the note with the 10 on it and tell me what country they are from

The 10 is China I assume, wirh that commumist symbolism (the wtiting does not appear to be Korean). Too rough for a banknote. A ticket or ration coupon, maybe?

Ref. 2nd example: Wonder if it involves a car dealership promo/drawing (for the pictured car) of some sort. Being there is a car on the face of the "note". Would be beneficial to translate the text. What does the reverse look like?

It is a gas ration coupon. The character after 5 is liters.
