Ebay seller requesting return....advice.
I sold seven items to a bidder. Six single cards and then a lot of 10. He is claiming that part of the items were damaged in shipping. States "too much frosting" or "frosting on corners". All of the cards were packed in a box. Not like it was in a bubble envelope and plenty of packing material around it. The interesting part is he is making the claim and requesting that the two cards he paid about $10 for and the lot of 10 he paid $25 for were damaged. He is not trying to return the ones he got for $5. They were some mid grade 50's baseball and football cards. The lot was Allen Iverson PSA 9 rookies. It's not the money that I'm concerned about, as it's only about $50 but I'm I pretty much stuck in having to refund this clowns money because he is claiming "too much frosting" on the slabs? I requested pics of the alleged "frosting" but I'm willing to bet I don't get a response. Thanks as always!

accept the return, block and move on.
Ehhh, figured as much. Douche canoe has had the cards for 9 days and now decides to return them. I should just refund the money and let him keep them. At least that would save me the return shipping. Thanks for the response!
no way would I let the screwball have the cards.
Hahaha, I like your style!!
Something is odd with this guy because I looked at stuff he had listed and it says that he is selling his collection after the hurricane. If that's the case, why is he buying crap?? Here is his listing for a 52 Topps Mathews then has $5 cards listed. Either way, I don't think I'm going to waste much more time on him.

I wish I could block buyers with less than 100 feedback. The cause the majority of my ebay issues. Everytime I see a low feedback buyer buy an expensive item from me, I spend the extra money on signature and insurance to protect myself. I would rather not sell the card than deal with the stress.
Just added one more. Thanks.
Insist on buyer returning all the cards for a refund.
If you let him keep them that's all part of buyers scam to try to get more back/free stuff.
Then you give him permission to do it all over again.

Some folks like to "cherry pick" therefore you get the sliders back and he keeps the perceived under valued.

As stated, please make sure you only fully refund for a full return. Do not do a partial refund and allow him to keep the cards.
