While sorting approx 200 of these yeterday, I found 15 cards that are printed on a pure white thicker card stock.
are these worth anymore than the regular cards?

Scans please. I've never heard of (seen) thick '68 Game cards. That doesn't mean there aren't some--well, it sorta does.
Not that this will be the case, but if that were my post and I went back to look at the cards, I'd realize that a stack of two (or three....or four) had stuck together. That's how my luck works. Hopefully yours is better.

Now this is funny.
Not to my wife tho.
THE THICKER WHITER ONES ARE ON THE LEFT
LOOKS LIKE THE PLAY IS IN RED NOT IN ORANGE ON THE THICKER ONES
C&C-- thanks for posting. Can you tell how much difference ithickness. Any one know of any reprints done of these ?

Maybe the thicker ones came from the set you could buy. Like a deck of real playing cards.10 and 15 cent boxes
As mentioned in the twin thread, I have two boxed sets, a 10 a 15. No differences.

I just opened up my boxed set and while thickness was uniform, I did find some baseballs that were more on the orange side while most were in the deep red range.
Don't know where my set from packs is located? But, again, don't remember it appearing thick.
Not sure what's going on with the thicker cards. They don't look photocopied.
I just noticed there's 2 threads with the same question.
Not sure what thread to post in or why there are two, but the orange and red differentials are not uncommon. Among my 3 sets I do have some of both shades. This happens in other sets as well. There are several Topps 1968 base set cards, particularly among the Cubs, where red and orange differences exist in the circles on front.
But all three of my sets have similar stock. Can you post a scan of the backs

@bishop @Stone193 are both your sets original to their boxes?
Good question Arsenal. I purchased the boxed sets with the cards in the box, but I was not the original purchaser and the boxes were not sealed. I am not sure if the boxes originally came sealed in some way or not.

Mine is the same thing - have no idea - the only thing I can tell you?
The set is minty and the condition/tone of cards very uniform.
I bought the set - not for the cards as such - but as a "board game" collector. As you might consider, many of the cards are OC to mis-cut.
I would say the red to orange is just fading. Think of the backs of 1969 topps how much fade is there from reddish to even a light orange and several tones in between.
I think it is something you have to see in person
The colors I get. As mentioned, I have some of both. Not so the thicker stock.
