How much wax would you have to break to...

Come up with 425 or so 1990 Leaf Mackey Sasser?

Bought a mystery bulk lot recently and part of it was the haul of I assume Mackey Sasser's best card.

I was really kind of astounded to see this many 90 Leaf together in a lot. Did not come in sets or vending lots. Strictly wax.

Someone put down some serious coin to break that much product at one point in time. Had to be at least 200 boxes.

  • One of my favorite designs from that time period. He's sitting on some value if he has an equivalent number of Thomas RCs, as those look pretty sharp.

Yea I assume they were busted at the same time and not just accumulated because they are all mint or better (save a few with centering issues)

What was the highest Beckett for the 1990 Leaf Thomas? I think it broke $200 but I'm not completely sure.

  • Don't remember the high price, but that was Judgian at the time. Ripped a lot and was 0fer everything until the last 5 packs I opened (in 90)...hit 3. One of the fonder memories I still have from ripping.
