Yes, but they must all be tall boys or you would have to pay separate shipping (i.e., 3 tall boys + shipping / 3 regular cards + shipping).

I joined at a show in Philadelphia a few years ago to submit two cards I bought there. They gave me a paper form to use for the other 4 submissions at a later time.
