Hey guys got another one here, Its very small about the size of a pea, there appears to be a bust facing right, and the letters VOT X MVIX XX in a wreath and help is appreciated thanks- Jake

My initial reaction is that it is of the Constantine dynasty. The back (posted first) is clearly VOT X which means Votive for the 10th time but I'm afraid that's all my limited knowledge can provide.
It's Roman, somewhere around the year 360 A.D. (plus or minus 30 years).
My Roman book in hand isn't good enough.
