These were issued in regions. How do you tell which region specific discs are from?
Thanks,

Bottom of the back should be a series H,E, or K which are the 3 regions.
Do you know what each H, E, and K represent? I'm assuming E is for Eastern.
I appreciate the input.
Thanks,

I think H is East, E is Central, and K is West....First 6 (Brett, Dawson, Yount, Murray, Murphy, and Schmidt) are in all 3 regions.
Thank you.

In 1984 there were 2 7-11's in N.E. Tenn. When the promotion
wound down I went to both stores and bribed the clerks for the
coins. At one time I had several hundred. Kept the the Ripkens
and sold or traded the rest. Both stores closed early Spring of
next year. Following year coins were difficult to find even in
trade journals.
Well I'm not saying I did this but I might have known a kid in 1984 that when he went to 7-11 I would (errrr) he would stick an extra cup under the cup with the slurpee. Once the lid was on you couldn't tell it was 2 cups. Thus a bonus slurpee disc. Please don't ask about what I (darn it!) he did with the granola bars in 1988 that came with a 3 card pack. Why did I hang out with that guy?
