PSA submission question

I don’t have the membership and I can’t afford to send in cards at $20 a pop.

Is there members who collect 100+ card submissions then send them in so we can all get that $7 special bulk price?

    This has been done before, but it takes a lot of coordinating and takes a lot of work to form. There isn't one going on right now so it may be a while. You can always do the PSA membership without free gradings for 59.95 and then you can do bulk order on your own if you wanted or use the specials when they come. Hope that helps.
